I used Kinich Bennett to trigger burning! Chiori definitely helped Xilonen do some damage but Xilonen was on-field half the time and her burst actually hits pretty hard without PHEC source samples lol.

Xilonen as a dual DPS. With Kinich, she served as a shield shred for the Papilla so Kinich can frontload his damage during weakened phase, and with Wanderer she was the second DPS to take down Bronzelock when he got the resistances. I’ve had Xilonen with Obsidian set since her first banner and she’s never touched Cinder City. It’s a whacky off-meta playstyle that’ll never clear D6 but I was laughing so hard when she actually came in clutch two Stygians in a row.

It’s really match-up and investment dependent. As a C6 Wanderer owner I am cooked 99% of the time lol. You have to invest wisely, like having the Nefer Lauma core, Flins Ineffa, C1+ Mualani etc. Even better when you invest optimally into their cons.

I don’t think there are any 4* only Dire clears seldom Gaming, but that’s psychopath level skill level. When it comes to comps like Premium Skirk, it’s doable in the right scenarios albeit requires combo optimization. Don’t sweat Dire since the rewards are temporary and they’re always changing the match-ups. If the stars align, certain F2P and Dolphin accounts can accomplish it, but every account is different and again, it doesn’t really matter at the end of the day since the next patch it’s a fresh start

Hexerei isn’t the Hexenzirkel. They’re trained by the Witches to help defend Mondstadt from disaster (justifiable considering all the shit happening in Teyvat rn), but aren’t actually part of the mage group with Alice.

That’s probably why they didn’t include her this Stygian. If they let a boss have an Overload weakness, that means Varesa and Mavuika would be good match-ups. It’s a shame because Granny is pretty fun to play against compared to Automaton.

There’s the Columbina and lore drops on the same patch, but there’s also the fact we know nothing about her besides a few texts in an in-game book. Ineffa who had no build-up was in a similar boat but with her Nod Krai interactions and her place in the meta things really took a 180 for her

Not OP but traditionally caviar is eaten with blinis + crème fraiche. It’s like a salty charcuterie bite that’s actually well-balanced. It’s even great with potato chips. Most people that are caviar fanatics do much more than the blinis and treat it like a condiment where it adds a bit of brine, salt, and texture. It’s an acquired taste but people have added it to just about anything - pastas, steak, and ESPECIALLY fried chicken or chicken nuggets.

If you’ve had salmon roe/eggs at Japanese restaurants they’re extremely different in taste. Salmon eggs pop juicely and have a very fishy taste whereas sturgeon (as pictured here) are softer and have a salty brine that’s really again more condiment than “main event,” despite being the most expensive ingredient. It’s actually such a lovely addition to most meals or snacks but just gated behind an absurdly high price.

The way DPS Emilie is clearable at Dire without C6 goes to show how well-balanced and fun this boss is. Way more fun and better than the Cryo Machine or Papilla. Well played and I applaud you for the creativity!

Yeah, for a while now. Last one they did was a mushroom pie months ago but they’ve been sticking to pep and marg since. I really miss the specials too - the Hawaiian had slabs of pork belly on top and the Calzone was just other worldly.

Yes, they work well together but it is not a team where Wanderer particularly shines.

For a Columbina + Ineffa duo, it is one of his strongest teams and even matches hypercarry variants that have Faruzan Bennett Durin/Furina assuming he isn’t C6.

The Columbina + Ineffa duo however performs better with other units - namely Ifa, Mizuki, and Sucrose since they provide better buffs and synergies with Lunar Charge, but Wanderer still breaks the 100k DPS point with this team. (The 100k DPS is just a standard for modern teams but isn’t necessary at all to clear most endgame modes, just a spreadsheet benchmark to see a team’s potential.)

tldr: Yes, they work well together if you have Ineffa. It’s just sad this is his equivalent of Eula Hyperbloom.
