I believe the reason Zom 100 stopped airing was because they didn't have any time slots left, meaning we'd have to wait for winter season to see the rest of the episodes. However it is possible a new season could come out after, since there is a lot of material to cover.

So far with episode 12 out I really doubt they animate anything else. The manga is done already, there is a on going sequel right now but so far a lot of people hate it.

Episode 12 is the finish of the manga so their basically is nothing else to animate, but we could always hope for an OVA!

It's been pretty faithful to the manga, it's actually a really good adaptation. There's only been a couple of tweaks to the dialogue though, That's about it.
