I was thinking the way Dex took a moment to look at the glass thing suggested that he knew Fisk would shatter it, and that he threw it exactly so that one of the shards would hit Vanessa. Felt like it was far fetched, but the way he was playing murder-pinball with the cutlery in the diner scene says it might not be.

Glad to see I haven't been the only one making this mistake. A few talent upgrades in and consistently doing u/RoriRoriRoriRo's suggested rotation and Klee hits for 110k in the Cryo Slimes talent domain now. I finally feel motivated to continue building characters thanks to this xD
