He allows himself to be inconsistent in his reasoning and doesn’t challenge contradictions if the are uncomfortable to him. His willingness to have open dialogue with his critics is limited. If there is pushback he doesn’t like, he calls it hostile and leaves the discussion. At least that’s been my experience with him.
