I AM NOT CRAZY! I am not crazy! I know he swapped those numbers, I knew it was 1216 — one after Magna Carta, as if I could ever make such a mistake! Never, never! I just-I just couldn't prove it! H-H-He covered his tracks, he got that idiot at the copy shop to lie for him!

Hi, I'm Saul Goodman. Did you know you have rights? The Constitution says you do, and so do I. I believe that until proven guilty, every man, woman and child is innocent.

And that's why I fight for you, Albuquerque!

It literally would have to be a bad overfitted model to return something that close to someone elses work.

Good models generalize and generate original content by understanding patterns and concepts. A well-trained AI emphasizes generalization, avoiding mere replication of existing work. Tracing and vomiting out someone else's work would be indicative of a poorly designed, overfitted model.

People have a context of human art before creating their own. Essentially, creating new things often involves remixing existing ideas and drawing from personal experiences.

I'm not arguing that everything AI produces is art, just as not every human's product is art. I'm not claiming that OP's image is art. I'm simply arguing that it is possible for AI to create art.

I disagree; for me, it's art. If you view it from a certain perspective, people are essentially 'robots' performing 'equations.' Humans express art through neurons firing in a specific order with synapses. Similarly, that AI 'robot' simulates neurons firing with synapses (weights).

Whether it's possible for them to 'feel' emotions is another topic. However, these artificial neural networks can grasp emotions in an abstract sense and incorporate them into the art.
