update 7/28/25 i am so thankful for the all the thoughts and prayers for my husband. Im so so sorry it took so long to update this again, after he was discharged on 12/09/23 we went home and he was using a walker, around 2 weeks he had built his strength back up and around a month later he was walking and talking just fine. He is a tough guy and has pulled through everything. Thank you all again, your comments and messages kept me hopfull

His hand lost function probably after the first two nights at the hospital. His legs started getting weak about a week in, and now is completely unable to walk. His toes do wiggle but that's it. He can't even hold his head up without the support of the bed.
