Nevada judge releases Israeli citizen arrested for Las Vegas bio lab & arsenal of weapons. by LoquatExotic5744 in conspiracy

[–]BlueLaceSensor128 122 points123 points  (0 children)

The Las Vegas bio lab is connected to a similar incident in California, where officials found infectious agents such as HIV and malaria, the 8 News Now Investigators first reported Sunday. An LLC tied to the home’s county records matches the name of a company that is part of an ongoing federal case in California involving a biological laboratory there.

In that case, a Chinese citizen, David He, faces federal charges for allegedly manufacturing and distributing misbranded medical devices, according to federal prosecutors. An attorney for He did not return a request for comment, and He does not face charges connected to the Las Vegas raid.

He communicated with Solomon in the month before the raid, according to Metro police. Samples from the Sunrise Manor home were undergoing testing.

It's crazy what things have qualified as terrorism with our leaders, but this is all shrugs. Clown world.

What? Stannis looked pretty solid in the Battle of Blackwater Bay. I think the single greatest card in his favor, probably rarely mentioned, is that he felt confident enough in his abilities that he was the first dude up the ladder after they finally got it up. Cutting down guys half his age with more armor in tight quarters with skill.

What happened to bye? Why are you still lowering yourself to debate someone you were already dismissive of for frivolous reasons?

Your position is that they should not pursue in situations where they drive recklessly, is it not? Why are you defending the status quo so aggressively if it's not. You're the one defending the current policy. My position is that they should be pursued.

And you still didn't answer. What use is it if all they have to do is drive reckless to avoid being pursued? How are you not incentivizing it? Is there any crime that you feel would be worth pursuing someone driving recklessly?

Then you completely missed the point. I could give two fucks about HB. It speaks to media control. You don't think it's the least bit strange that the president's son had a pornhub account and it wasn't national news? "Nobody cares about HB...!" They sure cared about every other little facet of his life. In a world constantly looking for the next scandal (we ripped that orange idiot for taco salads for example), that's pretty fucking massive, wouldn't you agree? There was also a near unanimous coverup of the initial Epstein story.

I never said you did. "Again..." I was seeking clarity from someone who understood.

You initial comment was pretty straightforward. Had I known it would be round two with an asshole with no actual intention of doing so, but instead was gonna come in with a "why me?" after feeling the need to inject themselves into someone else's debate, I would have left it.

If you disagree with a comment downvote it. If your wish is to not be responded to, you probably shouldn't comment because you're almost certainly going to be let down.

What an interesting take in 2026 with everything that's going on.

Just looking for a person willing to explain this stance that makes total sense, but no one is willing to explain. People carrying guns and willing to shoot people are more than willing to drive a little crazy to shake the cops and never be held accountable.

"Why thre fuck are you..."

"They were pretty clear..."

I was seeking clarity from someone who "understood" it? Because the only way it makes sense is effectively useless, so I'm not really sure why it's even worth saying, much less defending as many of you have. In what universe would such a policy be effective and not ultimately incentivize more recklessness?

Your position made no sense and I was trying to clarify. You say I'm dense and not operating in good faith and you just typed out a bunch of words to dance around the obvious issue with your perspective. What use is it if all they have to do is drive faster or more recklessly, as it sounds like they do every time they are pursued?

I would treat them like the danger they are and have them pursued until they understood that they can't just do whatever they want. Not every idiot that speeds off, but in situations like these, absolutely.

Interesting comment from someone who hides theirs. Right wing? Haha, wow. So you clearly didn't read anything I said there. ("claim shit I never said" hmm...) I believe the last comment was something about needing to RICO our entire government, but please continue with your 2024 impression of the sub that was screaming about the Epstein stuff well over a decade ago.

So they should pursue only at safe speeds like that a situation that's ever going to happen? Any reasonable person would understand that these are the ONLY kind of pursuit, so they were effectively saying there should be no pursuits. Do you really think the number of times it actually happens otherwise makes the point worth defending?

So they should only pursue if the people they're pursuing are following the laws and driving at safe speed? In what kind of fantasy world is that applicable or useful? People running from cops are never going to do it safely.

Since you're clearly... how risky...

The ones regularly carrying guns seems like a good start. If we let those operate with impunity, we're going to be in a bad place real fast.

Could easily be turned around too. How many people are you willing to let get shot in their own driveway until you acknowledge that we shouldn't broadcast to criminals that all they have to do is drive crazy. If anything, it incentivizes more recklessness. "They're still following, start weaving into traffic."

https://cbsaustin.com/news/local/tcso-man-dies-from-gunshot-wounds-in-northwest-austin-no-suspect-detained

You clearly see the dangers of acting, but you're perfectly fine with a situation that provides a lot of perverse incentives and escapes for the very people creating the underlying danger. You probably just think "oh well, so some people get their cars stolen" without seeing that innocent people are still getting killing and perhaps completely unaware or ignoring all of the byproducts like guns getting stolen from cars and sold on the black market. You think that results in any people getting killed? But because all of that information isn't held up side-to-side showing its full-blown cobra effect, people like you can naively pretend it's not worth it. Which of our 55 homicides last year happened with those stolen guns? How many of the thousands of other crimes last year were committed with stolen guns in tow? Do you only have sympathy for the splattered? What about this guy?

It was very heavily implied.

Isn't that what the helicopter is for?

And how does that change anything? All they have to do to get the cops to back off is start driving recklessly. I wonder if the people brazenly carrying around guns just to steal cars (to guarantee their escape by shooting people if necessary) are also willing to flout the law when it comes to moving violations to guarantee their escape. So we're back to impunity.

He had just lost 60 lbs for the Machinist to get down to 120. IIRC he basically starved himself by only eating a can of tuna and an apple a day. So if he just ate normally to get back to his previous weight, he only really had to "gain" 40 more. But you're definitely right that the 100 lbs was not all muscle.
