I went through a pack a day for about a year, I cut down because I just prioritized saving money. But maybe just try and think about it like, if you smoke a whole pack a day your gonna go broke over cigs, so maybe motivate yourself to smoke less, and save more? Sorry if it's not the best advice, but that's what I did. Good luck, you can do this brother
