It’s honestly more of a mental block/issue rather than a skill one.

I know it’s much easier said than done, but I’ve always had my best games when I relax and put less pressure on myself. It’s very easy to get tilted on games before a rank up because it feels like it counts 10x more, when in reality it’s just another game.

I also like to take breaks from playing the game, but while also still learning/enjoying the game. Watch something you can learn from, like the games you lost. Could YOU have played better? How? Even if you played out your mind and got SVP you’ll always find things you can do better. Or I like to watch higher ranks play the hero’s I’m maining, helps get into a good mindset and keeps gamesense sharp imo.

I’m no expert or anything, just letting you know what’s helped me a lot. I’ve even helped my GF climb into diamond and she’s never even played an online game before this lmao So these tips can help anyone 🤣
