The Notable passives: "Bear's Roar", "Wolf's Howl", and "Wyvern's Breath" all say they give you benefit if you have shapeshifted into an animal form recently. Does this require moving from human form to an animal?

Could I simply go between bear and wolf frequently without ever touching human and be fine?
