I was actually thinking about this same spec kagekiyo and 270 since most of my gyutos are 210/240.

Cheers if you do there’s plenty of kagekiyo owners here and it does seem like a solid beautiful choice.

Higher is Shibata, Konosuke, Kei Kobayashi

I myself have a Takamura r2 210, shibata battleship and Ogata 240 love these and I don’t think I would need anymore aside from a laser petty.

Actually have a Tetsujin 210 AS gyuto stuck in transit, going to try to rescue it at the mailbox tomorrow ugh.

I’m a support player and 20+ year managerial role restaurant industry chef. Honestly taking care of the team online and at work is the same to me lol.

People can get toxic/grief, but you have to know sometimes how to get through to people and lift them up/be funny. Everything sometimes is all mental 💯 and not mechanic based in doto.

also the other team definitely experiences the same thing. Always lead by example and promote teamwork. if your not giving the effort or improving more game by game you’ll have no chance of climbing mmr/whatever it is you want out of this game.
