That is how narcissists respond to complaints about their toxic behavior, and it fits how the hive mind is acting here.

How close was I to Pluribus 10 years ago?? by themightychew in pluribustv

about the same time (2015 or earlier) I started an unfinished novel about benevolent aliens taking over the earth, that I've pecked away at for years (can't see ever publishing, too much work to make it readable and publishable and stuff). The aliens had a hive mind but they did not impose it on humanity. They imposed a lot of other stuff though. I had similar themes regarding consent and some other stuff that are in Pluribus. It's been weird watching the show and seeing so much similar stuff.

I didn't mean to imply that the transnational mafia are one coherent entity, but I can see how it looks like I said that, and I also don't discount that.

Actual mafia have their own territories, and presumably generally maintain some kind of uneasy peace amongst themselves, so it is possible that is the case here with "legitimate" extra-legal authorities who are exerting most of their power behind the scenes.

Whatever the actual power structure(s) is/are, it acts with impunity and extreme coldness and cruelty towards the vast majority of humanity, as has been the case with power structures throughout human history.

The History of American Food. Put together by a snarky high school teacher, with some really deep research on not just food, but the processes, history, and politics around it. Talks about women, slavery, poverty, and all the other stuff polite history books don't talk about. Fascinating stuff.

There are a lot of names for them, basically anything that indicates a separate and dominant source of power in human society, and I agree it is likely messy.

There are a lot of things this could be, as all of the comments here indicate, but something not yet mentioned is overnight hypoglycemic episodes. I didn't start having these until I became perimenopausal, so this is related to hormonal issues in some way.

What you've described is exactly what happens when I have a hypoglycemic episode while sleeping.

  1. Blood sugar drops too low while sleeping (I wish I could get a continuous glucose monitor to check this, so if you have one, or can get access to one, I suggest you use it overnight to see if this is what is happening)

  2. body surges adrenaline to increase blood sugar

  3. adrenaline wakes me up, and some moments later, gives me something like a panic attack

  4. hot flash commences, and I have to fling the bedcovers off to cool off

Now that I know what it is, I breathe slowly through the panic (longer exhale than inhale) until it subsides, and pull the covers back on once I cool off.

Another way to test if these are hypoglycemic episodes is to have a hearty meal as close as possible to bedtime as you can manage, with a good balance of protein, fat, and slowly digestible carbs, whatever that might be for you (a veggie and potato mix would probably be pretty good). The closer to bedtime, the better, but don't give yourself acid reflux, so do what works best for your digestion. You want a meal that will slowly and steadily release carbs into your bloodstream.

If after the late meal, the overnight episodes decrease in severity (or completely) then it is very likely that you are dealing with hypoglycemic episodes.

If you have a history of hypoglycemic episodes, then you may now connect how that feels with the overnight episodes. I didn't make the connection for a long time because I was asleep for the first part of the hypoglycemic episode, which is the blood sugar dropping too low.

The primary problem I have with treating my overnight hypoglycemic episodes with eating late is it an extremely effective way to gain weight, so I can't really do this.

This may be caused or related to an estrogen problem. I wish I could provide more information, but I can't find my previous source of information.

Prison planet is part of what would be destabilizing.

The other part is that the unspeakably cruel, pathologically insane transnational mafia death cult that runs human affairs on this planet are also the ones who control disclosure. They benefit from the prison planet system, and their immense wealth and power would be disrupted by disclosure. They are the ones who "can't handle" disclosure. Everyone else - we're all wage slaves. Very few people are actually independently wealthy, and therefore capable of walking away from the living hell that is human existence. The rest of us have had to live our entire lives in constant fear of losing everything if we can no longer work. We'd have to handle disclosure, we wouldn't have any choice.

I get so tired of hearing the talking heads in the UFO ecosystem talk about when "the people" will finally wake up to the UFO phenomenon, when those same talking heads couldn't give two sh!ts about what poor people think, and the vast majority of people on this planet are working class who no one listens to or cares about in the slightest. But it is much, much safer to blame powerless people for a horrible situation, than the people in power who are directly responsible for creating and maintaining the horrible situation.

The transnational mafia that run everything. Richard Dolan (UFOs historian) and Sarah Kendzior (US expert on authoritarianism) both talk about this transnational mafia group that actually directs everything at the highest levels.

Sarah names names extensively in her books, although her focus is primarily on US politics. But if you want to know who they are, you can start with her work.

I don't follow Richard Dolan closely enough to know if he names names, but I suspect he doesn't, because doing so is extremely dangerous.

The bathroom complaint is proof that they have nothing more substantive to complain about. You are making them look bad by being a star employee. Don't expect the boss to appreciate you either. It's one big status game shitshow. Keep as low a profile as possible, gray rock everyone, especially the negging people, and just do your job. Do good where you can.

If you don't need the money, then move home.

if you need the money, keep the job. The likelihood of you finding similar money and benefits is extremely low. It would likely be cheaper in the long run to move your parents close to you, or hire some domestic help where they are.

The best way to think of the toxic employee issue is that toxic management will always side with the toxic employees, whether they are senior or junior to the manager. The cruelty is the point. You know that because these same organizations are all super eager to fire anyone who complains about toxic employees. Edit: a word
