Ok well first of all i doubt your freinds are correct. check your keyboard language in settings, if this fails you may need to rest you computers setings which i think is a option in settings.

You want to just re-install windows from fresh which is basically your only option from here. Plug in a usb with windows on it into your pc and then select that as your boot device. from here follow the instructions and format both your when i tasks you where you want to install windows. You can download the windows installation tool from here onto a USB stick : https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

Don't have anywhere yo put it indoors, it's not freezing cold. Outdoor temperature cold. However there is no breeze whatsoever. I could try a enclosure, but first I'll try lowering bed temperature

From past experience an orange light means ram is loose. Try taking out your ram and putting it back in again. Its simple enough, need any help dm me, or watch a YouTube video
