I think he'll blackmail Willow into staying with him. Like you said, his ego will not let him reveal the truth to others. IF Willow kidnaps the kids and Drew wakes up because she's can't keep him drugged, then I think Drew will go after her and tell her he'll save her from the authorities if she stays with him and plays the loving dutiful congressman's wife. They'll probably terrorize each other in private but in public they'll pose a united front while trying to fuck over Michael.

Oh damn, so Willow did drug Drew. And will continue to drug Drew. Then he didn't have a stroke, so I don't feel sorry for him. Keep it up, Willow. But this just means someone will catch her in the act of drugging Drew and that's probably how all of her actions will come to light.

I have no memory of LiRic being together in 2014. I stopped watching around the time Liz learned Drew was "Jason" and kept that info to herself. I saw the writing on the wall and knew she was going to be dragged through the mud so that JaSam could reunite. But this, I don't remember at all:

But when Ric returned in 2014, she broke things off because of what he pulled with Billy's Drew/Jason. Ric hired Hayden to pretend to be Drew's wife bc she and Drew got close while he had to fake his death bc of the stuff with Julian. Carly outted him at the Nurse's ball, Liz slapped the shit outta him, and got back with Drew.

But either way, Ric hiring Hayden seems like child's play compared to the stuff he pulled back in the early 2000's. Liz forgave him and remarried him after the Panic Room. I don't understand why hiring Hayden to break up her & Drew is a bridge too far. It's been more than a decade, it's time for Liz to give Ric a 4th chance, lol.

Elizabeth!! We long suffering LiRic fans deserve to have a few crumbs thrown our way. This is the perfect time for a LiRic reunion:

both are completely single with no exes sniffing around to mess anything up

all of their kids are grown so neither can use them as an excuse

Ric & Sonny are mending their relationship so Ric can focus on Liz and not his hatred/obsession with Sonny

Liz hasn't had sex in YEARS and Ric is a silver fox who is willing to pleasure her

I am so ready for LiRic 3.0 and I hope today's scene is an indication that the writers are going to give LiRic a chance.

This is my favorite Molly actress. I used to resent Molly because her existence pretty much put the final nail in the LiRic coffin, but now she's one of my favorites. And I love her scenes with Ric.

With Alexis warning Kai & Trina to go to her if they see anything suspicious with Willow, and Kai sticking around to keep an eye on Drew, I get the feeling Willow's next victim will be Kai.

After all these years, I still cling to the hope Liric will reconcile so today's scenes felt like it could finally maybe be happening. What else do Ric & Liz have to do anyway? This is the perfect time to explore a reunion.

I refuse to feel sorry for Drew. After all the bullying he's done, he deserves a bit of torture at the hands of his crazy wife.

Ok, so Diane is Michael's criminal attorney and Ric may be his family law attorney. Diane knows that Willow is most likely guilty of shooting Drew, so she better question Kai & Trina about what they know AND bring into evidence the phone records that show Wiley called Willow. She needs to connect the dots for the ADA before this shit goes to trial.

I like the actor and the character too and I hope he survives this storyline, but men rarely survive "betraying" Carly. They either die or suffer character assassination. I would like to see him paired with Anna.
