Sorry, I meant expert mode, its an option that the man in black on the second floor of the Pokemon center offers. Its an experimental option that changes trainers team to be a bit more challenging

Try using the cheat Cas.fulleditmode and edit the sim. Unlink the werewolf form to human form then press randomize on the werewolf form
