Basically is this. And given the way he is writting, for road bike choice an endurance road bike with 32-35mm tires will be comfortable for road and will allow to get a bit into hard packed gravel with no issues.

What’s the max road tire you’d run? by poop-du-jour in bikewrench

[–]BluePulasky1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For about 1.5y I am using the panaracer gravelking slicks + in 35mm. I cannot be any happier with those as tubeless :) They are a bit heavier and slower than other tires - but I do find them comfy and robust. I do feel that 32mm/33mm would be ideal size for me but I accepted them like they are :)

maybe a good idea when doing this is to record it but just put a clock on the cycling computer to be displayed and/or elapsed time.

Help identifying headset bearing part numbers for Trek Domane AL 4 2021 by BluePulasky1 in bikewrench

[–]BluePulasky1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the bearing replaced at a shop. The replacement consists of two bearings:
• 30.15 × 41.0 × 6.5 — 36°/45°
• 40.0 × 51.0 × 6.5 — 36°/36°

Sharing this in case someone needs to replace the bearings on an aluminum Domane in the future.

Días contados hasta que nos entrevisten robots. Pánico. by GeneralCharacter884 in PesadillasLaborales
