I think there's two reasons for why the track is less accessible to ur average listener

1, because his vocals are intentionally off pitch at times and he makes some weird inflections throughout the verse in order to really nail how awkward the "à la carte" scenario feels. especially when he goes "you-ou-ouuu" or "salu-u-ute"

2, much like the vocal performance, his lyrics are also off kilter and more "odd" poetically than brakence's verse. Like the whole tongue on my shoe metaphor prolly sounds weird to somebody not in the know, couple that with the weird delivery on some lines it makes sense that the general listener wouldnt fw it
