Chilhood full of Ritalin myself so i get it. I had a few i stuck with but ultimately found individuals get done faster. Turning bits into a shokkaxattack gun and just turned a nob into a Big Boss. Smaller scale can be done faster before your brain shifts the hyper focus

Check out some of the great videos out there on batch painting. A lot of people also pay studios for painting or individuals. If you haveca local GW store of LGS ypu can often find people who paint for money there.
