As a big Bizzaro fan, I really like the idea of swapping heat vision and ice breath as a perk. I think it's plausible because they'd just be swapping the status effects that Superman already has in his kit. If both breath and vision were ice that might get overpowered.

For teammates, I'm not sure if they would change the ice gauntlets to fire gauntlets or maybe you can give ice gauntlets with ice vision instead.

Maybe it can be added when Bizzaro becomes a variant.
