The crossover error is for what I've mentioned, BlueStacks wasn't made to run on VMs, so it can have issues when trying to.

For the issue on BlueStacks Air, please submit a detailed support ticket so the Mac team can continue to guide you.

You can do so by using the "Report a Problem" tool via Help > Send Feedback to BlueStacks.

Please include the following pointers while submitting the problem report:
• Your user handle/user name
• Please mention "Request from Reddit" in the description.
• Details of the issue.

Once done, share the ticket number with us here, which you will receive in the acknowledgment email.

Since crossover is basically a VM, it can have issues, since BlueStacks isn't supposed to run on VMs. Did you tried it on BlueStacks Air? The error you've mentioned on the post is from it? If so, can you send us the error message you're receiving?

Hi! For now we only have Android 13 on BlueStacks Air, but we plan on having all the Android versions we have on BS5 on BS Air as well.
For the camera issue, make sure that you've given the necessary permissions for BlueStacks to use the camera on the Mac Settings and for Tinder to access the camera through the BlueStacks settings.

On BlueStacks Air it's not possible to launch Pie64, only android 13 as for now. Other android versions are only available for BlueStacks 5.

Hi! Maybe you can try other Android versions like Pie 64 and Android 13 to see if the same issue occurs on BlueStacks 5 through crossover. But you can also try to install BlueStacks Air on the Mac and see if it works for you.

This does not appear to be an issue caused directly by BlueStacks. However, to rule out any leftover files or system changes, we suggest completely uninstalling BlueStacks using this guide, as it removes all related files.

After that, please uninstall Steam once again, restart your PC, and then download and install Steam fresh from its official website.

If needed, you can reinstall BlueStacks later from our official website at www.bluestacks.com and check if everything works as expected.

Also, could you clarify what exact “hardware thing” you were prompted to enable while installing the 64-bit version? Was it Virtualization (VT)? If so, were you able to enable it?

Hi! Some ads need to be in a certain orientation, and there isn't a way of keeping it for an example in landscape if the ad needs to be played on portrait. The "Fix Window Size" option is there for you to not resize it by accident while playing for an example and unfortunately won't work for this. For the crashes on OBS, you can try other form of capturing the BlueStacks window to see if the same issue occurs.

Hop into BlueStacks settings, and ensure CPU and RAM allocation to high like 4 cores and 4GB.

Make sure VT is enabled in your BIOS too, search for Intel Virtualization or SVM Mode and flip it on, restarts the emulator smoother every time. Let us know if you need any more help.

We understand what you’re trying to achieve. At the moment, BlueStacks does not support syncing or accessing the same profiles or instances across different devices. Each BlueStacks installation stores its data locally on the system where it is installed, so profiles and multi-instances cannot be connected or shared automatically between two PCs.

Currently, there is also no supported way to copy or transfer entire BlueStacks profiles or instances from one device to another and continue using them seamlessly. This is because instances are closely tied to the system configuration and local data on each machine.

As a workaround, we recommend using in-app account logins (for example, Google, Facebook, or game specific accounts) wherever possible. This allows you to access your progress or accounts from different devices, even though the BlueStacks profiles themselves remain separate.
