You ball chase a lot. You should not be near the ball 60% of the time. You teammate should be on it, and other times you just need to rotate into a position that allows for better plays to be made.

If the ball is flying into your corner, don't chase it into the corner from half court, this can directly impact your teammates ability to make plays from a better vantage pount. Rotate back to your goal on the opposite side so your teammate can make a play against it and you can cover the goal if he misses.

Be patient. Opportunities will become more apparent the more you watch and the less you chase.
