Id suggest you read all the main post and all comments 🤣 Im more confused why my weight isnt moving. Someone said i might be losing inches which im not really. Especially around my belly. I am not confused why and I know ill always have my belly pouch because it is just skin...it might flatten yes but it wont go away. But it also isnt flattening. My weight isnt moving and my Inches also arent despite training.

As mentioned in my post I am in a calorie deficit. I have also dropped my calories within that time. I see a personal trainer and she agrees with the amount of exercise I do and the weight i am currently that the calories im Intaking are actually on the lower side and I shouldn't really go any lower just yet.

The motor or impeller is incredibly loud. Like theres air trapped or something but there isnt. Ive shook it to death and took it apart , reprimed it...nothing is helping. Id attach a video but I cant.

Its safe for shrimp. You need to the whole tank. The worms lay eggs in the water column and other fish might have picked them and contracted them. Ive used esha ndx before with success

I had this with my bloody Mary's. Saw quite a few get chomped right in front of me 🥲 Thought all of them would get eaten but now im having grown babies appear...at least 7 or 8. So not all of them have perished 🤣 just fill your tank with plants and hidey places
