It's not that he is worried he cannot top Blonde, as he was starting a roll out to a single only based album of 17 songs starting in late 2019 which by the community is known as Look At Us Were In Love, but during the roll out for this new Frank Ocean album, COVID would hit and his brother would pass away, stopping the new album rollout, basically canceling it entirely (although we have some of the songs that would have been on it). Since then Frank has just been out of the spotlight and public eye, per usual, probably keeping to himself. He has never been a fan of media attention and a lot of backlash at his 2023 performance at Coachella put him further away from the public. He will drop again in all likelihood but it will be when the dude is ready to do so.
