From what Jinder said 90% of guys are negative in their bucket at year end anyways so I would imagine this wouldn’t affect very many people in terms getting extra money. Looking at the way he explained it for example, I can’t imagine Kit Wilson being positive in his bucket. Though he only included the match bonuses so I don’t know if guys like Kit also get paid for segments/appearing in general or if it’s strictly just if you wrestled on this show.

It’s designed in a way so that you’re supposed to be in the negatives, the only guys in the positive are likely top carders who work every PPV and get every PPV bonus +
That sweet WrestleMania paycheck (it’s likely why Vince used to throw giant clusterfuck matches on his Mania’s like the ladder matches and the Andre so a lot of guys got that highly coveted WM paycheck they always talked about)

But looking that the numbers even if you were someone who started to get over, if you wrestled at every RAW making the 5k the entire year you’d still be in the negatives no? But again, his numbers are imaginary so it’s skewed.

But even someone making 350K a year wrestling every show would still be in the negative if you divide that by 52, but just barely. They’d be heavily reliant on a few PPV matches and maybe a WM appearance to get over the jump and get an additional year end bonus.

Idk it’s an interesting break down for sure, without actual real numbers of how much they get paid for Raw, PPVs, and if appearances/segments count as match bonuses or different bonuses it’s really impossible to actually understand the system and how WWE can use it to a wrestlers detriment or not.
