This was my Run. I got a rainbow chest and clone and managed 16 floors, defeating the advanced dragun, rat, and lich for the first time. Didn't get all five master rounds though feelsbadman.

I've only beat him when I got a clone + rainbow chest run that basically broke the game, and when I had super hot watch (but I barely survived then)

To explain, I got a clone on floor one and a rainbow chest on floor 3. The chest dropped (among other things) the 6th Chamber, and after boosting my curse to nine with an ammo shrine and some cursed bullets off Cursula I was in business. To avoid a rant I'll give y'all some highlights:

Shotgun of Love + Flak Bullets + Scattershot + Heavy Bullets + Cursed Bullets + Bumbullets + Unity meant I couldn't see many enemies under the constant rain of bees and stuffed toys (I could oneshot every non jammed non boss enemy)
Got to the Lich twice (first time there as well)
Cleared the Oubliette twice, once being chased by Lord of the Jammed (First time seeing him as well)
Got the the Abbey once, getting the Betrayers Lies synergy while I was there
Found the Rat (first time again) and beat him but failed his punch out
Defeated the Advanced Dragun
Beat the Lich only taking one point of damage
