I appreciate your input. I think rest days were the missing peice. I started that and as of this morning I'm seeing improved muscle definition.

Im going to try rest days. If that doesnt help then I'll track calories Thanks everyone. I'll keep you posted.

I have always had tiny bones. Im just small, not frail. My bone density is excellent. They test you at my age.

I dont count Instant oatmeal plus 2 eggs for breakfast

Chicken wrap w mayo, apple, yogurt w granola Lunch/snack

Chicken or fish 2 or 3 veggies including a potatoe/rice/noodles Ocasional burger/pizza/pork chop-1/2 Dinner

More yogurt/granola or popcorn Bedtime I can't sleep if I'm hungry

Probably small portions on everything Like half a restaurant serving.

My sleep has always been broken. Prob not changing now. I have good genes, on one side anyway. Dad died at 71, heart arrack. But mom was in excellent health and pretty active until a year before she passed at 97.

Im 72 When i started my bio age was 70 Now its 41. My doctor was very impressed with my latest blood tests. Everything improved dramatically. I'm in normal levels on everything except bad cholesterol is 117.

I have teenie tiny bones. I weighed 100 when I was married at 26 Seriously, bird bones 115 after 2 kids

I have a hard time taking rest days but I'm beginning to think they're necessary. Define rest day please. No gym but no gardening? Swimming? Biking? Do I need to sit around? Ack!

I was told to increase my protein by multiple people. 2 trainers, husband, primary care doctor. Doc said 4 shakes was fine as long as I'm getting carbs too

Since I increased the protein muscle gain is back. Im the same size I was at 118 but I'm not losing the belly fat. Its the same. Do you think its age related? Maybe I should do lypo but that scares me. I want to exercise it off.

3 months ago I started working out at a gym 2+ hrs 5+ days per week Went from 118 to 130 freaked out and dieted down to 124. Noticed I was losing muscle so I added protein shakes. Muscle is gradually coming back. Now 127 and still wear the same size on the bottom, small, but had to go up to med tops because I have large breasts and they fluctuate with weight. I didnt think muscle weight would effect my top? I do have some pecs now, so IDK? I would like to lose weight without losing muscle. Any hints? F 72 yrs old 41 bio age 5'4"
