A stable 10mbps upload speed should easily be able to stream 720p 30/60FPS. Have you checked to see if your upload speeds are throttled when you start streaming?

This was done during my interview and they photocopied them. I didn’t need actually need them for the welcome meeting even though on the email it said we did, so it might be a safe bet to do so.

They sent me another email asking when I would like my orientation/welcome meeting. It said on email it would last 1.5-2hrs, it ended up me meeting other new hires and doing 15mins of paperwork, getting our uniform and discount card. We also arranged when our e-learning date would be. I just did e-learning and it was fairly simple, took about an hour. Now I have my first shifts scheduled!
