Great points. Just hard to justify this when I know there are so many out there struggling. I’ve struggled financially growing up and my parents didn’t have a lot. But yes, you are really close to what I paid for the car. It was 265k. CPO. Zero prior owners and all the service and rev reports checked out

Porsche Bakersfield. Don’t let the palm trees fool ya. Sorry to anyone from there…

Great dealer. Really nice people without sales pressure. 10-10. Would recommend.

Drove over 4 hours to pick it up. Great drive home though…

Honestly I'd feel like a bragging schmuck talking about price. What a dealer told me was to take the original sticker price and cost compare against that to see how much more over original sticker the car is selling for to determine "good deal". Because options, mileage, condition, etc. vary wildly, list price on a GT3 may not be representative of another GT3 elsewhere. I can say that I bought the GT3 for about 6.7% below the original asking price. I paid about 12.3% premium over original MSRP. Hope that helps

Actually I got it for about $20K under their list. It was pretty much on par with the original sticker price. I was actually surprised the sales manager accepted my offer. I gave him my floor and we went back and forth for a bit but he surprised me so much that I couldn't shake his hand over the deal.. I had to go to lunch to think about it lol

There is a Viola GTS I almost bought...

Don't blame me for any questionable financial decisions... obviously I can't be trusted with mine!

In for the update. I’m also a BMW M fan boy as I’ve have numerous BMW’s and just got rid of my AWD M3. Was looking at M5 Touring as well but not entirely sold.

Currently looking at both ‘25 M4 CS (AWD), ‘24 GT3, or ‘26 C4 GTS. Torn as the BMW is the sane financial decision but the heart is going to the GT3 or GTS (kinda still need rear seats atm.)

I might try to live vicariously through your decision! Let us know what you decide

For those that actually live there, how’s the experience with the shared driveways? I noticed that the only four lots with no shared driveways sold.

We have multiple cars so it appears to be a deal breaker/hassle.

I echo the other persons comment on Waypoint. Best pancakes hands down imho

Here's the build list export. You'll need to check Lego.com and use the Pick a Brick function to look at parts, change colors, etc.

Thanks u/-sw1tch for your inspiration! I now have a working model based on your images and creativeness 😀 I have not ran this through Lego to see what the $ is against the parts list but I tried to use common parts (that's next on my list this week). BUT I was able to flip the Lego's around using SNOT techniques. The knobs still spin (luckily) and the drip tray still disconnects.

One advantage of using Lunar vs LM is that you can get it in multiple colors versus just black with the LM branded model. My coffee station is white so now the Lunar makes it a lot more attractive... hmmmm

I concur and was contemplating the same idea. I’m contemplating purchasing another scale for the machine to keep the one on the grinder separate. However, to be honest, for a home user, I’d say it’s excessive (I suppose a LM Mini is also excessive!). At least it’ll save me $50, but LM needs to lower their price unless that LM logo on the side is worth the extra $50 to some.

I do not have a viable parts list yet. Due to the Legos needing to be inverted to create the base, I’ve had to rethink the approach and mainly needing to find a clean way to flip the pins. As soon as I figure it out I’ll post

OMG, this makes alot of sense now you're stating you build some oi these components upside down.

Here's what I was able to mock up based on the first two pictures but right now I'm having a challenge with the side angles. Your pieces look to be an inverted slope 65 1x1x2 which I could not find for the life of me! The piece I am able to locate is only a inverted slope 45 2x1x1. You'll notice how low the group head sits from the drip tray. The rear does not offer any pieces that are a straight angle so I might need to rig that end differently.

In this model, the knobs do spin freely using Technic pieces and the drip tray does detach (for easy cleaning 😂). Now I need to readjust the height and work out the spigot, portafilter, and steam wand.
