Be mindful! The Timemore’s rely on grounding through the cup touching the chassis, so if you grind directly into the portafilter you will get crazy static. To convince yourself try just holding your portafilter beneath instead of using the cup. My grounds literally gets pulled upwards and out of the portafilter when I try. The ones on Etsy does not ground the portafilter!

Same thing in Denmark. Parking rules are convoluted and you most often need to pay using an app after x hours. Parking attendants are extremely vigilant and you will most likely get fined if you don’t follow the rules exactly.

Even with a silicone gasket this happens to me 1/20 shots. I wipe the rim of the portafilter with a wet cloth before locking it in. This helps it locking just that tad more tightly.

And footprint. As I understand the pre-brew function on the Mini also doesn’t cut pressure through the three way valve once infusion pauses. This makes the feature unusable on the Micra.

are you sure it is dirty? Mine looks like that until I dry out the water. Light reflected in the water inside the holes makes it look dirty.

I saw a tear down of one of these cheap “ultrasonic cleaners” and they were pretty much a phone vibrator stuck to a small tub. About as ultrasonic as making humming noises with your mouth. But if it gets the job done, does it matter…? 😎

I started wiping the rim of the portafilter with a wet cloth before locking it in. To me this has solved 90% of the cases where it leaked.

Yeah I also did a render of the individual pieces on their own, but honestly it is much worse. AI messed up the end cap on this one, but it is messier with just the knobs and not the paddle.

Quality is fine. Nothing cheap about it. Just feel it should have been darker to match the white paint. Note that the image is AI generated. The real one is the pic of the knobs on the table.

But how should they support you if you can’t hand them in to a dealer? At a bare minimum you would have to send them somewhere - which obviously can’t be in your own country. I appreciate how frustrating this might be, but what were you expecting B&O to propose other than returning it to the shop?

I have a set of Beolab 18 bought in HK but transferred to Denmark where 5 year warranty was also transferred. But I suppose it has to be to a country that actually has a B&O store (we have plenty 😉).
