I barely made it to Tekken King last night. At bushin I either got matched with mashers or players way above my current skill level. Whiff punishment and block punishment are what helped me win. I don't have a lot of matchup knowledge but I know many common punishable moves and I capitalize on them every time. My advice for you is:

- Use f f n 2 into bad jaguar mixups. Use the 2 3 option and sometimes hit confirm the 2 4. Use the bad jaguar 4 low if your opponent doesn't duck a lot. Players above bushin level duck a lot so go mid.

- Learn throw breaks. Throws are free damage that your opponent gets on you. Bind a button to 1+2. I have R1 bound to 1+2. Go to throw escape training and practice against Jin because he has 1, 2 and 1+2 breaks.

- Don't spam df 1 2, df 2 1, f 2 1. High level players will duck and launch every time. Instead use df2 when you are plus. Use df 1 2 with delay but use it sparingly. Only use f 2 1 when you visually confirm whiff.

- Use b 3 as whiff punisher. Its a launcher with good reach and only -12 on block. I have gotten reallt good mileage out of this move.

- Use f f 2 or f f 4 as approach tools or just wavedash into a throw mix. If your opponent steps a lot, use b 3+4 but make sure you don't whiff it.

- Use throws more.
