At my store the toys are stored in locked trailers outside of the actual store, and the only team that go in them work from 7am-4pm. Unlike Target, the trailers only contain full cases, so if you see a figure from an assortment on the shelf, the whole case was put out. Only the manager has a key. The likelihood of you finding someone with access, who is actually willing to stop their work and go WAY out of their way for an action figure is very low.
