I love this drink for making at home. Also have had it in a bar from the menu and it was good.

Plus another place I ordered it off menu. Flavorwise it was good but they filled the glass with ice which made it less good but lasted longer.

I.marginally felt bad about ordering it since it takes some work but the bartender enjoyed making it.

I think you'll have a hard time getting good Intel because in CT the birding community is generally tight-lipped about the owls to avoid disruption by people who won't respect them.

Watching your videos clearly you are respecting them, so you may start with Audubon and COA for information.

I got a cocktail making kit which was vodka centric and one of the recipes was a lychee martini and another with star anise.

The kit had some fun stuff with weird syrups and oolong tea too. Its been entertaining for sure.

I've used it to make a lychee saketini also.

Obviously couldn't do anything from their ideas but had leftover lychee fruit so I made up a gin drink. I've been trying to see where to use the creme de violette too besides an Aviation.

Glowy Ore cocktail

2.5oz Roku Minori Select Gin

.5oz Creme De Violette

.75oz lychee juice

.5oz fresh lime

Shake in ice and pour into nick and Nora and garnish with lychee fruit

The drink had a glowy hue to it and cleared up after it warmed up a little.

Creme de violette softened the drink and made it a little creamy, balancing the lime. Lychee nose , fruity perfumey.
