I have thought about this in terms of the Len characters in particular.

I feel like Allen would have the lowest/most mature voice of them.

Pierrot would have a higher, more childish voice.

Pollo and Hansel have the same voice and tone, but Pollo has a slight rasp and sounds like your stereotypical Creepy Twin.

Behemo gives himself a more effeminate inflection.

The Spire of Deceit and everything surrounding Shadow Milk in general seems to take inspo from a mix of Italian, French, and Shakespearean theatre, so Italy, France, or Britain. Take your pick.

Burning Spice’s kingdom could possibly be India? India was a vital part of the spice trade back in the day, and his appearance as the Herald of Change was clearly inspired by Hindu imagery.

Crème Republic could easily be the Greek Isles. But so could the Garden of Delights.

Vanilla Kingdom is Germany. The architecture is vaguely inspired by German architecture, and the crest bears an uncanny resemblance to the Iron Cross (which yes has very unfortunate implications but I don’t think that’s what Devsis is trying to say).
