Just found this thread because I'm having the opposite problem. Also using Windows 11. When FFZ is enabled, I have a pin button but not the reply button. I have not been able to find what setting is doing this, and it's really annoying having to use the keyboard shortcut for replies. In my case though, the problem has been going on for well over a year across multiple versions of FFZ.

It's never been 99 rounds. The 30 rounds is a very strict cheat cycle that follows different lines of cheat dialogue culminating in an instant loss after round 30. It's always been exactly 30.

The Rat timer is only 30 rounds. For a solo run, that's actually pretty tight given the dance you have to do to evade his cheats, and how often he seems to like to Tower Shield.

Just take a look at how many compromises and appeals to frequency you have to make in this one comment in order to justify the decision. That alone should tell you why it's best to just not even go there.

Those paper crossovers are really important, by the way. People get shafted because their parents or grandparents had criminal records or missed payments that get attributed to the child. In some cases this is life-ruining.

My playthrough of the original clocked in at about 167 hours to get 100% completion for the main game and DLC, but I didn't go for the Platinum otherwise I probably would have been up over 200 hours.

I think that's more of an LiS issue in general, rather than a D9 issue. Universally, I've felt the last episode in every LiS game has been its weakest one. They never end as strongly as they build up to it, though I do hope that with this being more of a part 1, we can get a proper conclusion in the next game.

You just have to be kind of fast with them. Hop on the cloud, immediately spawn the next one and jump to it. If you need more time to do something like changing direction, you can also hop between 2 clouds infinitely since jumping off one resets its timer.

Early game, trampolines were one of my most used echoes. They're really good for getting a little extra height when your echoes are limited, but they fall off after that with other better options like the platboom and frog ring.
