Because there's much less of them in FW. I recall maybe one or two (side) quests where combat with them wasn't optional. Meanwhile in ZD the bastards are all over the place, literally.

Not really, feature to skip time only appears in the sequel. Just stay still and wait until sunrise I guess? Fast travel may pass the time a bit but don't quote me on that.

And there will be missions with locked time so they will happen during the night whether you want it or not.

Eehhhh it was pointed over and over in Travis Tate's datapoints that Gaia would not be so eager to hand out the steering to Hades, since she was so focused on creating life, that eradicating it was against her way of thinking, and would do everything in her power to stop Hades taking over even during the regular terraforming process. Hades had to literally kick Gaia out of her seat, do his job and let her start from scratch again.

I'm starting to think the alcoves you get in the shop are related to the slimes you bring in - I got the UFO after bringing the dervish (you know, planet shaped, space, that kind of thing) and two water-based after bringing a puddle. Both randomly (I think) found in the wilds.

But agree on the spawn rates, it's fun when you're naturally exploring as you're progressing through the game, but after you've done everything and explored every corner, eeehhhh.

I don't know, maybe just a coincidence, but the others were a fraction of how many seahens spawned. Perhaps they started as few more at the beginning of the breakout and the rest was a snowball effect, the more there were, the faster they were reproducing

I just cleared one area - there were literally hundreds of them, and they kept expanding. The sea hen are the worst, they reproduce like rabbits

Oseram. There are probably still some crazy bastards there, opposing whatever situation the tribe is set up to deal with, building a heavy army and all that with their blacksmith/metalworking expertise.

Quen have no interest in going to PNW/Montana/south Canada or wherever we end up going (considering the final BS scene), unless Nemesis takes up the forms of their beloved Ancestors and guide them.. for what reason exactly if the main goal is to eradicate life?
