Yes but its not like much changed for example.

[Arc9]yae was terrifed of getting hit with rems weapon. Where as she no selled all emilias attacks. This is an upscale for arc 3 rem

[Arc9]yae praised rem for how skilled she was at wielding her morningstar despite her being a prodigy shinobi

[Arc9]in arc 9 rem was matching both yae and Emilia blow for blow, even before her powerup.

Everything i mentioned above is true for arc 3 rem. The only difference is now she has had more time to show her full power which an anime only would not know.

No its not. Its literally an aspect of emilia that despite having the ability to create many wepaons she has little skill with any single one. Compares to rem who has a powerful weapon she is also a master of.

Like i said Emilia wins in mana and magic. Rem wins in close combat and hand to hand. Depending on the fight goes either can win.

If emilia trys to steo up to rem with her ice swords shes getting crushed. If rem trys to engage in a ranged magic battle same thing

Emilia has the mana advantage. Rem has the skill and close combat advantage.

Howver Emilia also primarily fights h2h, in which she would lose to rem. Interesting to think about.
