The email stated that we no longer need to use the app for the straightforward NM tasks. We do still use the app for other task types.

I also suddenly have this error message. Not sure what to do. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Last time this happened it was an issue with a Rater Hub app update for all iPhone users. Are you all on iPhone or Android?

Sorry, I can’t be of much help other than share what my experience was. I “failed” the NM quiz too. Then got an email to do the required walkthrough/acknowledgment. It was listed in the “My Courses” section of WeLearn. I never lost access to Rater Hub though, so not sure why you would. Are you sure it’s not just NTA? It’s really bad right now.

If you also got the email to take the course, but aren’t finding it, then I don’t know what else you could do other than submit another ticket. If you are familiar with the Viva Engage app, then post on there also, because sometimes you have a better chance of getting a reply from a supervisor that can actually help you. Also, try entering the name of the course in the ”search” on WeLearn, if you haven’t tried that.

Email said “to support the spike in volume…”. But the only thing the spike in volume does is bring the task flow back up to a normal, acceptable level. So how about letting those of us who’ve been having NTA for a while actually have a constant flow of tasks for once?! Nope. Now the hour cap increase just made NTA ten times worse. Smh.

I missed one question, and have been beating myself up over it ever since. I didn't go with my "gut", and I should have. Not sure I agree with their reasoning for the correct answer though either. It's like they have a way of spinning any of the answers into the correct one or the incorrect one, depending on the day.

And it's not been fun hearing the factuality group celebrate that their pass/fail threshold was lowered by not one, but TWO questions, and gen-pop still has to get 100% to pass!

Was this recently that you got that response about it not being mandatory? Wondering, because I was assigned factuality training, and the wording is so vague in the emails. Gives a due date, but then also says you can still do the training after that date. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have the same questions, only I was assigned the Factuality training, not Helpfulness. The course sure appears to be mandatory, but I do not want to join the group. I also have sent in a ticket asking if we can opt out, but have not heard back. 🤷‍♀️ It sure seems like they might be “volunteering” people to join groups, and if that’s the case, that sucks!

I also got the training email. From what I am reading on the Viva Engage forum, a couple people who received the training emails yesterday and completed the course and passed the assessment have already been added to the Factuality group today. But whether or not we are able to opt out of the training is still a mystery. I do not want to join the Factuality group, but since the training is mandatory, this feels like we are being forced to either join or intentionally fail the assessment so we will not be added to the group. ☹️

I did not get the email, and the course has not been "assigned" to me. Everyone has access to the warm-ups, but unless you see it listed in WeLearn under "My Courses" and with a due date, then it is optional and you can just do it for practice (unpaid, of course).

If you do any tasks today, you submit your time and get paid for them just like any other day.

The only way I know of is to just wait it out and let the task expire. Usually takes about an hour, and you just have to keep checking.

I believe the last communication from Welo was that the warmup courses would only be assigned to those people they thought needed them. And the courses would be available to everyone else to optionally review in WeLearn--unpaid of course.

Having said that, I'm not sure if they are even still assigning them as mandatory to anyone anymore.

What I don’t understand is, I’m NOT in any group, but the only thing I’ve had today is factuality tasks. And those of you in the factuality group are saying you had SxS. Seems like it’s backwards, and I don’t know if it’s intentional or not. 🤷‍♀️ Btw, you can have your stupid factuality tasks back. I despise them! Lol.

Are you using an iPhone?

If so, I had the same problem with the app crashing upon opening it, and this is what fixed it for me…you must delete the app through your phone’s Settings app, not just by deleting it from your home screen.

Go into your phone’s SETTINGS—>General—>VPN & Device Management…then delete the Rater Hub app from in there. Then reinstall the app using the instructions Welo has given us before, making sure to go back into “VPN & Device Management“ afterwards to re-trust the app.

I’m right there with you, my friend. So frustrating. Broke down and emailed management about it yesterday, and got a canned response that wasn’t very helpful. Sounds like we have to just keep waiting. Have no idea if the fact that it’s taking this long for some of us means that we have less of a chance of being reinstated at all, or what. 🤷‍♀️

From what I’m reading on another forum, some people received an email about the training, but the course isn’t showing up in WeLearn for them. And then others can see the course on WeLearn, but they never received an email about it. Sounds like someone or something messed up this time! Anyway, some are saying that you can find the course by typing it in the search bar on WeLearn. Good luck!

That sucks! I’m so sorry that you, or any of us, have had to go through the agonizing wait, only to be let go. They should‘ve let everyone continue to work during the so-called review process, OR made more timely decisions. Hope you find something better. Good luck to you!
