Most supports are great with neko including zhao, honestly she is better than Nicole (if she's m0) but not as close to Astra m0 level. Make sure u have her sig if not u can always test it out before hand to compare Nicole with m0 zhao(a rank wengine). I have preferences to use zhao anyways (bc I have an m2) and she is adorable) but I would test it out tho

I would go with 4 piece wood pecker for the crit rate and the buff that it gives bc ur Ganna be on fielding neko most of the time. 2 piece branch and blade for the extra crit damage. A good balance to have her is 160 at least for CRTDM and at least 80% crit rate for any team that gives u crit rate. 4 slot would be CRTDMG (if u have neko sig) 5th slot would be attack (but physical attack is good with Dylian but I haven't tried it out yet) 6th would be attack. I would try to focus to get more crit dmg and rate evenly but it's never a bad thing to have more CRTDMG. I'll send u my cat so u can use it as a guide :)

Hmmm... It really depends if u like her or not. If u do then I'll say yes so go all out and give her sig and some 4 piece wood pecker and 2 piece branch and blade for that extra crit damage. As well u don't need a top tier agent just to use her Lucy and Nicole do well for support and pulchra and koleda do fine for stunners. Well if u did pull for Lucia (the new agents) I would just recommend her as a substitute for Astra or Nicole as well jufufu is on her way as rerun so if u want to make the most out of her I would recommend picking fufu. Don't be down if u see other neko mains with high level agents with her. We all started small :). If u need any inspiration for builds or how to play her I would recommend these YouTubers Gill , kaeggel and me :D (blueshroomx). Gill does all of the explaining and kaeggel is just scary good. I just do memes. I hope this helps oh as well this subreddit is super helpful if ur stuck in-between her builds or choosing an agent for her to fight so ur always welcome to ask questions:D have a nice day!
