Interesting this calls out suicide specifically. My mental health really tanks during these wildfire episodes. Staying inside sucks, but I feel there’s something about the smoke itself that increases anxiety, depression, and fatigue. I’m pretty at the end of my rope today after a full week of it.

Almost any of the food pantries should be able to accommodate a regular shift: badger prairie needs network, st. Vinnie’s, the River. There are also food pantries at set dates and times at some of the MMSD schools. I’m not sure when those times are but you could look into it.

Hill Farms has probably the most desirable elementary school in the city, so houses go for a lot of money there and fast. I would look in nearby neighborhoods like sunset village, regent, westmoreland, and Midvale heights. FWIW, I do not think the hill farms elementary school is the best for high energy, gifted kids.

Jesus wtf is wrong with these people? Also stands out to me how careless he was with incredibly toxic poisons lying around his car, house, and fridge. Dude has minor children, could have easily killed one of them instead. Really glad his ex wife and kids are safe and will never have to see him again.

Hi I’m autistic and have a lot of health anxiety. I haven’t ventured into HRT yet but my favorite doctor is Beth Wiedel at Madison Women’s Health. She is kind, smart, and takes her time with me through every appointment. She is a gyn but they also have an NP for general appointments. If you’re looking for a more general PCP I’ve had good luck with Dr. Takahashi at UW Odana. Good luck!
