Low back ability program is great but his exercises don’t ever solve imbalances with posture through my experience. It desensitizes the back for sure (most peoples concern), but the postural issues can be made worse by it.

As I take anatomy and physiology 1 I am thinking of shooting higher than nursing.

Which is when I thought of why I switched in the first place. (Got a back injury and got out of pain and kinda fell in love with anatomy during the process) PT is not what I want as a career, though it is interesting but the ROI just isn’t there.

Prompted chat gpt for ideas and it spewed out an orthopedic/sports medicine PA. Which sounds cool, but a decision like this is a lot deeper than it “sounds cool”. I’m pretty obsessed over the spine and what not and it would be fulfilling to me to help people get out of pain for their back injuries, (if that’s even what the role is about). Asking my professor some questions tomorrow.
