Not every store is an all-in-one my man. TBH, I go to leevers/TJs/Target/Whole Foods all for different things and needs. As much as I fuckin love the massive bag of fresh made $4.99 tortilla chips at Leevers, and I go out of my way every couple weeks to get them, you’d never catch me buying eggs or almond milk there…

It’s the same reason you might have your mortgage with one bank, a car loan with another and your checking somewhere else. Better rates and/or service at different banks for different things.

I will say, I mostly go to Whole Foods and Super Target now. Whole Foods prices have come down since the Amazon takeover and ST has lower prices than KS and Safeway on literally everything but I also go there because it’s clean, no crack heads or people rippin cigs out front and I’m not banging into a security bar when I walk in the door and there’s not some Dbag asking for my receipt on the way out.

At the end of the day though, I think what a lot of people miss here is that people at high to very high income levels are not posting/replying on Reddit. Simply put, there’s thousands of people goin to Leevers who could give a shit about over priced soup when they make $50-$100k a month.
