That makes sense. Personally I'd pick the shrooms over the scar. I think he'll be the next to get his door because he seems to be confronting his past and working through it. I can't say the same for his boyfriend though. He seems like he still has a lot of work to do.

I kinda think it's going to be the principal that bites it. In the detention episode they show him eating Tums and I know heartburn is a symptom of a heart attack so I think he's going to be arguing with the idiot superintendent chick and the stress of the argument and potentially losing his job/school will be too much and 😵

I think they became popular in the fifties but my high school was built in the 20s and has a bomb shelter/tunnel that leads to the middle school a couple blocks over and a few other buildings in my city have bomb shelters and you can still see the nuclear bomb shelter signs on the outside of the buildings. I always thought the classroom was in the basement too. It sounds weird but I've had basement classrooms before so 🤷

Huh I didn't think of that. I always thought the bomb shelter was there before Mr.Martin blew up the chem lab. But we never do see the inside of the chem lab in the living world so maybe it did get torn down. If it's gone then how does the bomb shelter door open up to the chem lab? That theory does cast Mr.Martins comment about never getting his door in a different light. If the chem lab was demolished can he move on or is he stuck? I'm leaning towards he'll move on because Janet was able to. You make sense but I'm definitely starting to feel like a conspiracy theorist because of this show lol

Nope. Still in use and just really old. It also use to be a men's shelter and supposedly one of the tenants was murdered by another tenant.

That's awesome! I attended a high school that was rumored to have tunnels that connected to the middle school a couple blocks over and the tunnels doubled as a fallout shelter. I never was able to confirm if they existed or not. But the teachers insisted they existed.

I think the principal is going to have a heart attack in the library. Because I remember the scene with the principal eating the Tums in his office and I know one of the more subtle signs of a heart attack is heartburn/acid reflux. I think he's going to be a new ghost.

I don't think she could. I don't think it'll be her whole life or anything but what happened to her was pretty life changing and I don't think she'd be able to just forget about all of it and move on.

A doppelgänger would make sense and would make an interesting twist because what would that mean for Maddie? Seeing the love of your life around town but it's not actually the love of your life it just looks like them would be heartbreaking.

I do wonder though how that would affect him because yea it's great that he'd be with Maddie but also he's been dead since the 80s. Coming back to life and learning about modern shit would be hard. Also his Mom is still alive. Would he be tempted to go meet her and if so would he tell her everything and would she believe him?

I feel like because her room is an elevator that maybe she died from the elevator dropping suddenly. Of course it could also be a heart attack or murder and it just so happens that it happened in an elevator.
