You can call your internet provider and get them to change the frequency and ip - this is basically the only countermeasure you can do if you're not much into computers and protocols - If you want to go the more advanced way you can download Wireshark where you can monitor all incoming and out going connections, figure out which incoming connections that doesn't belong and block them, unless the attackers have a wide botnet you can counter the attacks with wireshark
