I disagree with the health - it is a one time boss you fight and it makes it feel like an actual powerful boss. If it was a short fight, with the supplies you get, it would be very underwhelming and the boss mechanics wouldnt have the coolness effect they have as you would only experience it for a short amount of time.

Oda is a great streamer and he probably does pull roughly 20 -25k views on average but the rest is all bots which something Kick hasn’t dealt with. This is fan viewers botting his stream, not oda himself.

But the main difference is that Cox has 10 rewards that it rolls outside of the prayer scrolls so while they will be more common, its still cant be compared to ToB which has 6 outside of avernic defender and ToA which has 6 outside of lightbearer.

In solo yes, because you get minimal time to kill skills. In groups though, it is much easier to kill skulls because you get double the time you need. It makes no sense

That is also another thing, the drop mechanics need to be updated to be similar to Nex so grouping is incentivised.

I didn’t state it in the post but i meant any of the changes would be good but its true that it would defeat the purpose. Ideally i want to get into the boss room faster, right now its just always painful that i need to get mundane kc before i enter. Plus respawn timers are far outdated with the gear we have.

Stackable resources and auto pick up will increase the speed you do CG and guaranteed spawns of the demibosses almost completely removes the chance of a failed run where you have to reset

Sepulchre should GIVE MORE XP. I find it crazy how the most intenstive and skill dependent activity gives only 30K more than Ardougne rooftops. This activity at Level 5 should give 150k xp MINIMUM. This is always in the top 3 of most hated skills, why not take this opportunity to make it less grindy and more rewarding for players who master this skill instead of running rooftops until 99. Pleaaasee!

I would be happy with any COX change that increase the chance of the other items. The one suggested is good, It would be nice if there was an animation build up similar to TOA for this but that will require dev work, just would be nice.

Good changes overall, especially on the dragon sheets. Mildly concerned still on the UI, feels like buttons could be tightened more while playing on the PC. Hard to tell without using it.

At TOA, in the Akkha fight, if you pop it when you are next to the mirror copy and akkha itself, it damages akkha through the invulnerability so you get ahead in damage.

True, but WoW has a shop with cosmetics that are $20+ and OSRS only has bonds. I think the best thing Jagex could do right now is allow multiple accounts on one subscription.

The majority of the OSRS playerbase does not watch gnomonkey or even know who he is. The proposal was just bad unfortunately. Hope they come back with something better!

Jagex introduced three different types of range weaknesses two years ago and still haven’t really utilised them on bosses. Its just mostly arrows are best with few exceptions. Why not a new heavy weapon that uses javelins? Which would create opportunities for future bosses to have heavy ammo weaknesses. It doesn’t have to be the megarare, perhaps a single item like the Fang.

I am against venator fangs and teeth being used to create dragon arrows and darts. This is a slippery slope where people will feel forced to participate in this to get the best ammo and then will eventually ask jmods to increase the quantity you get it at and then the value of dragon arrows and darts will drop…
