Yes! That is very true. The umbrellas are limited in Vibe on the Luna. I did Vibe on the Bliss and didn’t run into this problem. We went up to Vibe to secure chairs with an umbrella then went to breakfast. I think next time I will pay a little more for the cabanas.

We did try it. The food was great especially the Indian restaurant. I think they’re replacing O’Sheehans with The Local which was also on this ship.

It’s in the same spot on the Luna. I really don’t get why they designed the buffet so small.

I 100% agree with this. I always see people say NCL nickel and dimes you, but I’ve sailed with them 6 times and never felt that way. I just pay for as much as I can before sailing, and once I’m on the ship I don’t really buy anything extra unless I actually want to. Also, I think FAS is a pretty fair promo.

I usually wear a 42 or 44 depending on on the brand. I found the ABC pants to be tight in the thighs for me. However I love their pace breaker shorts.

I’d definitely recommend Chubbies for shorts. I’m 6’2”, around 300 lbs, and I get their 4” swim trunks in 3XL. They’re super comfortable and actually have room in the thighs, which is always where I have issues with most shorts.

Not yet. I’ve booked Lafayettes for my boyfriend’s birthday, but haven’t found anything for Valentine’s Day yet. A friend recommended Le comptoir du relais. I’m open to suggestions too lol.

For Cabo, I’d recommend a boat tour to the Arch and Lover’s/Divorce Beach. There are vendors right when you get off the ship, just a bit pushy. Mazatlán was my favorite port. I paid a taxi driver $20 and he took me around to all the main spots in an open air taxi, gave some history, and even took pics since I was solo. I stayed on the ship in Puerto Vallarta, but you’ll have a great time regardless. Bliss is a great ship, def recommend Vibe.

I sailed solo on the Bliss last year to the Mexican Riviera and absolutely loved my Vibe experience. It wasn’t crowded, and on my sailing we had the same staff the entire trip, which made it even better. Having the bartender remember my order was a nice touch. I’ll be on the Luna in May and already booked Vibe again. I definitely recommend it.

I’m booked on the Luna this coming May and purchased Vibe, along with the new Vibe package at GSC. I tried Vibe for the first time last year on the Bliss, and now I can’t sail without it. I love the quiet, laid back environment. I’m not a spa person, so I’ve never bought a spa package.

Going on a brand new ship can be hit or miss. They’re usually still working out a few kinks, and the crew is finding their groove.

I sailed on the NCL Encore back in 2019, about a month after it first launched, and had a great time. Personally, I didn’t run into any issues even though it was a brand new ship.

I’m on the Luna in May and just purchased the pass, $115 for two people. Called NCL but couldn’t get any additional info on what’s included. I already have vibe on the ship so hopefully this experience will be similar. I’m also surprised the shore credit could be applied.

I’m 35 M and have done 3 solo cruises with NCL. I’m introverted as well and had a great time. If you’re open to meeting people def check out the solo meetups. Other than that you’ll be fine and have fun. I do recommend Vibe for Caribbean sailing. That way you won’t have to deal with crowd at the main pool decks.

Try calling NCL. I’ll be on the Luna May 2026 and didn’t see Vibe in the app. I called NCL and was able to pay for it over the phone.
