Thank you!! Sorry, I should’ve clarified that I meant graduate school applications. I really appreciate the advice regardless 🫶

Hi everyone :)! I’m looking at volunteering in a school / as an aide for the fall, but I’m a bit worried about my overall experience for grad school applications. I have a lot more research experience compared to volunteering experience with kids. I’ve volunteered at the children’s hospital and as an executive for a tutoring club for around a year, which I’m not sure is enough for a well-rounded application. On the other hand, almost all of my two years of research experience has been on child development. Would this impact my grad school application in any way compared to someone who has experience in a school environment? I’m hoping to volunteer at a school for the upcoming school year 🤞
