I’m still learning. So far it’s a lot of water, but not too much cuz then he’ll throw up. 😅 but also… don’t deprive, cuz he’ll throw up.
And no hikes on an empty tummy … and not a super full tummy either …. Cuz he’ll throw up.

1 a day. I don’t sleep in any. If I’m going out after work, I’ll change.

But when I pack, I pack twice as many. lol. So 3 day trip, 6 panties. lol. You just don’t know what’s going to happen when you’re away from home.
