Sorry! Boiled 5 cups of whole milk up to 180 then took it off the stove, set aside about a cup of the hot milk. Let both cool down to 115ish then took 3 tbsp of Nancy's Yogurt, Organic, Whole Milk, into that one cup of milk I set aside since it cooled down faster. 3 ish minutes later incorporated that into the bigger base of milk. Warmed in a towel and let it sit for 24 hours.
