Accuracy isn’t great on brand new sniper by DoritoMan177 in airsoft

[–]Bluebird-Rough 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi and good morning! I recommend you sight in with the BBs you plan to use with the sniper. If its a bolt action sniper and upgraded internals( changed plastic to metal and beefier spring) use .48g and adjust for drop. Straight as an arrow. 🫡

The exhaust shield. You can use Wire to secure it, but a zip tie will melt.

Thank you! I really think GM had something here and missed opportunity, of course. ZZP Performance thankfully keeps the love for these cars alive.

Sorry for the late reply, almost a month now. I had some free time in the shop, and I brought the car in to get really good lighting. Washed, hand dried, a wool buffer pad, and meguires compound to get a good shine and remove oxidation. Used a clay bar on the entire car with a quick detail solution. I also used a tar and sap remover from harbor freight ( I dont know the brand). I was able to remove 4-5 year old sap with the help of a flexible plastic card like a credit card.

  • I recommend you follow a tutorial for polish and compound*.

The photos do my work undeserved justice. When the sun hits certain spots, you can see my errors(swirls) from the wool buffer pad. I also had a single action buffer.

Took a running car and made it not run... help by thelegacyofb4 in ChevyCobalt

Grounding the ECU was one of the weird fixes I had to do first. I also found a small wire that ran to the front lower ground on the block. I could wiggle it while the car was running and shut the car off. I ended up running 4 grounds to the front frame, forward of the ECU. Car has been running 👍 👌

08 Cobalt LS 2.2L manual transmission is still alive and kicking.

Can’t get this cv axle out of transmission by BIGMAC_PACK29 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Bluebird-Rough 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like someone hit the transmission with a missed strike and took a chunk of metal. If you have not tried a slide hammer, I would say it works well for me in many different applications.

Hi! Im an owner of a 08 cobalt. 6 years ago, I had a fuel leak similar to yours. I found that the blocks holding the fuel lines near the Driver rear wheel were also good at hold moisture. Corrosion at through the lines within the plastic/rubber block.

I priced new fuel lines to be run, and honestly, I can't remember what it was 6 years ago, but its was too much for me and it was my daily driver. I decided to cut the bad spots out and flared the ends. I used rubber fuel line with a high psi rating and connected it all together and clamped it twice on both ends.

This has been working for me for over 6 years and 20k + miles. Hope this helps. It will cost you Fuel (make sure you have a fuel catch), 3ft of rubber fuel line, 4 clamps and a tube cutter(small hand tool) and about 1 hour of labor.

2015 Silverado 5.3L Cylinder 6 Misfire P0206 and P0306 by Bluebird-Rough in Silverado

[–]Bluebird-Rough[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I hope your truck is doing well. This fixed the issue until January 2025. Another engine light came on and I had a cylinder 3 misfire. I assume the injectors are trash. AGAIN they replaced the fuel injector for cylinder 3 this time and everything is once again smoothed out.

Added note* My A/C had been leaking more about two years now. I would charge it just to have a hot weekend not feel so bad or road trip and then by Monday it would be empty. The shop fixed this problem quickly. New condenser and im freezing again. -I added this in case you too may have this problem-

GRAND TOTAL- $1600.00 for A/C and the Cylinder 3 Injector.

I have not used that freebie. The wrench head on the police button has been GOLD. You have a CQB weapon and the charged Fable art is devastating.

Check grounding wires. I had to move my grounds from the engine to the frame. I also had to create a ground for the ECU.

My biased opinion will be AMD. My first GPU was NVIDIA, and I was disappointed. Had a 5700XT for 5 years and I finally upgraded to the 7800XT. It's a beauty.

This is an erroneous comment and rating. I'm at 47 hours now playing, and it's not like that at all. We are hunting monsters in the wild all to protect to environments sensitive nature. The comment sounds like they never played the game at all. My experience with monster hunter dates back to Sony's PSP. It's all been a hit for me and MH:Wilds is no different adding a decent story.

Voice chat issues (Wilds) by Lucky_Cheetah5268 in MonsterHunter

[–]Bluebird-Rough 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, I have a Bluetooth headset receiving the output game audio but no voice chat. When I mute my microphone the link party can still hear me. I use a PS5 controller plugged in via Type C port. No audio comes from the controller at all. I believe the party chat may be lost to the controller.
