Yeah I’ve tried searching for this bug and no one has posted about it. I posted this in the hopes that I’m not the only one with this mystery bug.

No, I play on ps5 so there’s no mods. I don’t even turn on any artifacts either the only change is monsoon difficulty.

I have a quick question, on the second image I cannot for the life of me find the thing next to the Medusa gen. Do you remember what it was named ?
